Gladiator Concept 1 - ACAD 10
The first of several gladiator concepts in my ACAD series. No reference was used, except my memory of the basics of the Roman concept: large helmets to hide the face of a possible friend, scanty body armour to allow for bloodletting, and relatively short weapons so you have to get in close ... and fight!
